表1：配置ascend_context参数 出现了 input_format 和 input_shape

表3：配置[acl_build_options]参数 也出现了 input_format 和 input_shape

好多字段默认值是什么也没有写，配置的时候看的云里雾里的，希望文档可以写的更严谨准确些。
